Some people like to train in bare feet but if your like me you will prefer to have something on your feet whilst training.

These punch bags are great for practicing your strikes. They can be used to work on your boxing or Muay Thai striking and most can be quickly detached from the ceiling and stored away for convenience.
A full lengh punch bag can be used for jabs, hooks and punches as well as low kicks and knee strikes whilst a shorter bag will be more suited to just punching.
Punch bags can also be used as part of a cardio workout to help with your conditioning as you can do quick jabs with your feet and hands for a sustained amount of time increasing your heart rate and therefore improving your fitness.

Rash Guards
Rash Guards are often worn under a t-shirt and next to the skin. They were first worn buy surfers to stop their skin getting chaffed from lying on the surfboard. Due to the amount of contact with the floor they were quickly picked-up by the MMA scene and the MMA Rash Guard was born.
