Chin up Bar
Chin up bars are a great way to train at home. Most will fit in a door way with a minimal amount of DIY activity and some can even be used without doing any work to your fixtures and fittings.
Using a chin up bar works your upper body muscles with the main focus on the back and arms.
Wide grip chin ups predominantly work the lats (side of back) whilst close grip pull ups work the biceps and forearms. Doing them in quick succession will also give you a cardio workout leaving you short of breath and sending the pulse racing. So not only do they work your muscles but they also improve your fitness levels.
